Lead implementation of the NBCN Lung and Cervical HPV Screening Project, delivering a digital health solution for provincial cancer screening. Manage cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, schedules, budgets, KPIs, risk, change control, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with provincial health privacy and support transition and implementation activities.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead the implementation of the NBCN Lung and Cervical HPV Screening Project. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of a modern digital health solution supporting provincial cancer screening programs while working with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and healthcare organizations.
RequirementsMandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a Senior Project Manager in Digital Health within the New Brunswick Public Sector.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 5+ years managing large enterprise projects involving multiple business units.
- 5+ years of communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
- 5+ years of risk management, issue management, change control, implementation, and transition.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams of five or more resources.
- 5+ years managing project schedules, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- 2+ years using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience briefing executive stakeholders within the Government of New Brunswick.
- 2+ years implementing Salesforce Health Cloud.
- 2+ years managing Canadian Provincial Cancer Screening or Public Health Programs.
- Knowledge of provincial health privacy legislation (PHIPA/privacy and security concepts).
- PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.
