This Position reports to:

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Project Management: Lead a sub-project within a larger initiative, overseeing planning, cost, risk, and execution while ensuring alignment with the main project’s structure and goals.

• Supplier Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of supplier relationships—from proposal to execution and closure—including contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.

• Contractual Documentation: Prepare and manage key project documents such as NDAs, IP agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments like legal, procurement, and project control to ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Team Integration: Work closely with core project team members including Systems Engineers, QA, and technical leads to ensure cohesive project execution

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in project and contract management, ideally in aerospace or defense sectors. ​

• Skilled in managing technical SOWs, WBS, master planning, and payment milestones across all project phases—from submission to closure—within large-scale, complex, and international projects.

• Proven ability in subcontracting, contract drafting, negotiation, and handling contractual amendments.

• Fully bilingual in French and English—French is essential, and English is required for regular communication with clients outside Quebec.

• Experience with European Space Agency projects and PMP certification are considered strong asset.
