This Position reports to:
Sales Operations ManagerLocation: Oakville, Ontario
Employment Type: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update backlog reports to track order status.
- Identify delays and escalate issues to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Communicate with factory teams to confirm production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Resolve bottlenecks and maintain accurate status updates
- Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- College or university diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in engineering (asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and/or other CRM tools
- Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
