The Role

The Role

This individual contributor leader will enable our strategic Program Managers to focus on priorities by managing the details that keep programs on track.
You Will
- Manage day-to-day project-level initiatives-from scoping and planning to execution and reporting
- Help develop, track, and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as it relates to bank partnerships and programs
- Develop, standardize, and implement AI to refine Program Management day-to-day functions, including program changes across multiple bank partners
- Communicate status, priorities, and action items clearly and proactively to Program Managers and stakeholders
- Evaluate incoming requests and problems; prioritize autonomously and guide them to resolution
- Coordinate with product, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams to progress deliverables
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and decisions; escalate blockers as needed
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, including decks, requirements, and process flows
- Identify risks and opportunities; suggest mitigation plans and process improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors or banking partners
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in program support, project coordination, or similar role, preferably in fintech or payments
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and deliver quality results under tight timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with senior leaders and external partners
- Detail-oriented mindset; proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence) and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical problem-solving abilities and a continuous-improvement attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience with Issuing Programs (credit, debit, prepaid)
- Familiarity with regulatory and banking compliance standards
