About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will drive the successful execution of Geo Expansion initiatives and commercial program growth, ensuring the Armada business and related offerings meet evolving client needs. The ultimate objective is to deliver seamless expansion, strengthen client relationships, and create scalable solutions that support long-term growth. This person will be accountable for aligning cross-functional teams, managing program execution, and achieving measurable results that enhance both client satisfaction and business performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Geo Expansion and commercial growth programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress against deliverables and KPIs
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or roadblocks
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Client Success, Finance, Reporting, and Technology teams to ensure seamless alignment across all program objectives
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication channels between cross-functional teams to maintain clarity on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
  • Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable workstreams, ensuring all teams understand their roles and interdependencies
  • Ensure expansion initiatives and new offerings are designed with a deep understanding of evolving client needs, market trends, and business objectives
  • Partner with clients to define success criteria, desired outcomes, and impact measures for each program or initiative
  • Lead strategic engagement with clients throughout the program lifecycle — from discovery and design to execution and post-launch evaluation
  • Maintain flexibility to adjust plans and priorities when unexpected issues arise, ensuring minimal disruption to program outcomes
  • Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving and accountability, empowering teams to surface and address issues early
  • Lead and support organizational and client transitions associated with entering new markets, launching services, or expanding product offerings
  • Identify and institutionalize best practices that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence across the organization
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports and insights to stakeholders, leadership, and clients on a recurring basis.

Basic Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within global expansion, and commercial growth
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable results that impact both client outcomes and business performance.
  • Collaborative leadership style, fostering alignment across diverse teams.
  • Client-first orientation with a focus on delivering value.
  • Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Experience within global expansion and commercial growth

Location: Canada Remote, must be located in Ontario

The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 to $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
