Requires strong senior stakeholder management, telecom or technology services experience, familiarity with BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, system integration, or digital transformation, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Experience:
- 8–12+ years of experience in IT, telecommunications, or technology services.
- Proven experience leading complex programs and multiple projects, ideally in telecom or large-scale technology environments.
- Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and customers across different countries.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders.
- A solid understanding of telecom platforms, BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, system integration, or digital transformation.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, timelines, and delivery governance.
Languages: Spanish and English
