Le(la) Spécialiste de produits est responsable de :

  • Atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de parts de marché en démontrant la capacité à soutenir et gérer le territoire assigné de manière stratégique et réfléchie.

  • Agir à titre de principal point de contact pour toutes les questions liées à la gestion des comptes dans chaque hôpital du territoire.

  • Mettre en œuvre les stratégies et programmes de ventes et de marketing nationaux, régionaux et locaux pour les produits Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular.

  • Assurer une gestion efficace du territoire (budget du territoire, respect des responsabilités administratives assignées, travail en collaboration à travers différentes structures de POD).

  • Recueillir et partager la rétroaction des clients, déployer les programmes promotionnels et anticiper de façon proactive les changements de l’environnement, tout en proposant des solutions visant à améliorer la performance des produits et de l’entreprise sur le marché.

  • Développer et maintenir des relations avec les leaders d’opinion clés, les décideurs et d’autres clients ciblés afin de comprendre leurs besoins et d’offrir un haut niveau de valeur et de différenciation.

  • Fournir un soutien clinique professionnel aux clients (principalement les médecins) concernant l’utilisation sécuritaire et efficace de l’ensemble du portefeuille neurovasculaire.

  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de direction des ventes et du marketing afin d’affiner les initiatives marketing et de développer des stratégies locales de lancement pour les nouvelles introductions de produits.

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire aux clients actuels et potentiels, avec une grande attention aux détails dans un environnement de travail dynamique.

  • Élaborer des propositions complètes répondant aux besoins des clients dans les délais requis et agir comme principal point de contact pour la gestion des appels d’offres (RFP/RFQ).

Qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire requis. Un diplôme en administration des affaires, en ingénierie ou en sciences de la santé est privilégié.

  • Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience en ventes dans le domaine des soins de santé ou des dispositifs médicaux OU minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience technique dans le secteur de la santé.

  • Capacité démontrée à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.

  • Orientation résultats et performance avec un fort sentiment d’urgence et un biais pour l’action.

  • Volonté de travailler dans un environnement de laboratoire ou de salle d’opération (SO).

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, auprès d’auditoires techniques et non techniques.

  • Solides compétences analytiques qualitatives et quantitatives.

  • Capacité à comprendre et à discuter d’essais cliniques complexes et de jeux de données connexes.

  • Excellent esprit de collaboration et de résolution de problèmes, avec initiative et créativité.

  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement axé sur les commissions et les bonis.

  • Disponibilité à voyager selon les besoins des clients et de l’entreprise, incluant des nuitées ou des fins de semaine (minimum de 25 %).

  • Un dossier de conduite sécuritaire conforme aux lignes directrices Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet, la conduite étant une exigence essentielle du poste.

  • Bilingue (français et anglais) — veuillez noter qu’une maîtrise de l’anglais (à l’écrit comme à l’oral) est requise pour ce poste, puisque vous serez appelé(e) à interagir avec des clients et des parties prenantes anglophones.

The Product Specialist is responsible for:

  • Attainment of sales/market share objectives by demonstrating the ability to support and manage the defined territory in a thoughtful and strategic manner

  • Act as the main point of contact for all account management considerations at each hospital in the territory.

  • Execution of national/regional/local sales and marketing strategies and programs for Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular products.

  • Highly effective territory management (territory budget, adherence to assigned administrative duties, working across POD structure(s)).

  • Soliciting and sharing customer feedback, delivering promotional programs and proactively anticipating environmental changes while providing potential solutions that could lead to improved product and company performance in the marketplace.

  • Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, decision makers and other targeted customers in order to understand and deliver a high degree of value and differentiation.

  • Providing professional clinical support to customers (primarily physicians) on the safe and effective use of our entire Neurovascular portfolio.

  • Collaborating with sales and marketing management team to refine marketing initiatives and to create local launch strategies for new product introductions. 

  • Exercising and modeling outstanding customer service on existing and prospective customers with high attention to detail in a fast-paced working environment.

  • Developing comprehensive proposals in response to customer needs in a timely fashion, and act as the main point of contact in managing RFP/RFQ’s. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a University Degree is required. A degree in business, engineering or health sciences is preferred.

  • A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in the healthcare/medical device industry OR a minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in the healthcare industry are required.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets is preferred.

  • Results and performance driven with a bias for action and sense of urgency on priorities is required.

  • Willingness to work within a lab or operating room (OR) environment is required.

  • Candidates must possess superior written and oral communication skills that would allow them to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills are preferred.

  • Ability to understand and discuss complex clinical trials and related data sets is required.

  • The individual must be an excellent collaborator and problem solver who demonstrates the ability to take initiatives and be creative.

  • Desire to work within a commission/bonus-driven environment is required.

  • Ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel as dictated by the customer and business needs (a minimum of 25%) is required.

  • As driving is an essential requirement of the role, a safe driving record as per Johnson & Johnson SAFE Fleet guidelines is required.

  • Bilingualism (French and English).
