POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking an experienced Product Owner to manage and optimize Call Center and Human Resources applications. The candidate must have strong product management experience, be proficient with Genesys, Workday, and the Intranet, and demonstrate effective collaboration with stakeholders to ensure success. The selected individual will join a squad within the Support and Productivity domain as a Product Owner.

 

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Define and manage the roadmap for multiple products in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

  • Analyze user needs, identify problems to solve, and propose continuous improvements.

  • Assess the value of work and set priorities to ensure the team focuses on the highest value-added items aligned with the product vision.

  • Work in an agile environment, continuously review operational needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks based on evolving stakeholder needs.

  • Track and communicate the team’s progress to interested stakeholders, which may include teaching them how to access and understand the team’s dashboard.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree in Business Administration or IT/Computer Science or any other related field

  • 5 years of experience as a Product Owner

  • Experience with Azure Devops & power platform would be considered an asset.

  • PSPO certification is an asset, as well as experience in the banking sector

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of agile & DevOps processes and principles

  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., developers, QA, BA, Scrum Master, etc.)

  • Interest in the evolving needs of entrepreneurs and the realities of their ecosystems

  • Recognized skills in stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where objectives must be met within tight deadlines and sometimes with incomplete data

  • Growth-oriented, always curious to learn, and accustomed to problem-solving mode

  • Bilingual in English and French.
