What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive investigation with Engineering for business related issues.
  • Communicate with internal clients to understand expected user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements and employee user flows
  • Provide feedback to the dev team through your own troubleshooting, testing and feedback gathering from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integrators
  • Provide updates to clients, integrators, strategic planning, and management as required
  • Lead the scrum team meetings
  • Determine all sprint goals, in alignment with the project priorities provided by management
  • Write and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundaries
  • Finalize Scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developers
  • Provide recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with the stakeholders
  • Review client feature requests and provide feedback in terms of potential solutions, feature phases
  • Investigate, understand and communicate requirements for end to end user flows, as well as end to end service integration (SaaS) flows

What you’ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above  
  • A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering
  • Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical components with non-technical people
  • Experience in an agile environment

Nice to haves:

  • Scrum certified
  • QA experience
  • Exposure to Jira
  • Analytics and reporting experience
