Product Owner - Savings

The client is seeking a business-side product owner with at least 7 years of experience, capable of driving the business value of the individual savings ecosystem's products and maintaining an up-to-date roadmap.

This role is situated within a context of modernization and transformation: the individual will work within multidisciplinary "Fusion Teams" and act as a bridge between business needs and IT teams.

The recurring terms in the job description (simplify, translate, clarify, roadmap, acceptance criteria) indicate that the real priority is bidirectional translation between business and technology, rather than technical expertise itself. Requirement

• 7+ years as a business-side Product Owner (similar experience considered)
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
  
• Ability to simplify and translate business and technology requirements in both directions
  
• Advanced French (spoken and written), intermediate English
  

DESIRED

• Experience in complex transformation environments and managing uncertainty
  
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; rigorous delivery plan tracking
  

ASSET / ADVANTAGE

• Knowledge of the savings, insurance, or financial services sector
  
• SAFe methodology
  
• Modern technologies: Cloud, APIs, Microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Profile exclusively as a business analyst without responsibility for a product roadmap.
  
• Purely technical profile (developer, IT architect) without business-side experience.
  
• Insufficient French, either written or spoken, to lead ceremonies and write deliverables
