As a Product Owner, your mission is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the development team delivers maximum value to users and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, business, and external partners to drive product vision and execution from idea to launch and beyond.
Responsibilities- Own and define the product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the development team always has clear tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product meets expectations.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Ensure the development process follows Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuously deliver value.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Keep all stakeholders informed with product progress, risks, and changes.
- Identify and escalate potential product or project risks early.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Ability to prioritize needs and balance stakeholder expectations.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party collaborators.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project/product management tools.
