Summary

The Generics/OTC-CPG Product Owner works closely with business partners and technical teams to develop and maintain product features for solutions supporting processes within the Generics/OTC-CPG space. This role is key in managing backlog items and coordinating with multiple agile teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business partner collaboration and a proven track record of successfully delivering software solutions.

Location: Mississagua Ontario or St Laurent, Quebec

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and communicate detailed product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, operations, sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Prioritize requirements and backlog items based on business value and effort to maximize ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing technology and infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder sessions to gather feedback and align priorities.
  • Track and report metrics to measure product success.
  • Work with leadership to set long-term strategy and vision for the organization’s products.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
  • Experience developing and implementing software solutions in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare or finance).
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent and minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
Preferable Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools and frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Background in data analytics and visualization.

Ce que vous apportez
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits logiciels.
  • Capacité avérée à gérer des projets complexes impliquant plusieurs équipes.
  • Solide compréhension des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban) et du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC).
  • Expérience dans le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions logicielles dans des secteurs réglementés (ex. : santé ou finance).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant pour les publics techniques que non techniques.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils d’analyse et de visualisation de données.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet tels que JIRA, Trello, Asana.
Exigences minimales

Diplôme ou équivalent et minimum de 4 ans d'expérience pertinente.

Compétences et expériences souhaitables :
  • Expérience dans des secteurs fortement réglementés.
  • Familiarité avec les outils et cadres Agile.
  • Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et en coordination avec les fournisseurs.
  • Expérience en analyse et visualisation de données.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$74,100 - $123,500
