The Product Operations Specialist connects cross-functional product initiatives, manages communications, implements project management principles, and drives operational improvement and knowledge sharing.

The Product Operations Specialist will play a critical role in connecting cross-functional product initiatives, with a focus on Audience, Pixel, Reporting, and Integrations teams. This role will be instrumental in consolidating and communicating product updates across various stakeholder forums to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making.
In addition to managing cross-team communication, the role will implement project management principles to capture timely updates from the product teams. The role will lead efforts around product knowledge management and insight-sharing frameworks, enabling teams to operate with greater clarity and cohesion. As a key advocate of information flow and operational rigor, the individual in this role will help scale internal knowledge systems and drive continuous improvement across the product organization.
This role reports to the Manager of Product Operations. StackAdapt is a Remote First company, and we are open to candidates located anywhere in Ontario, Canada for this position.
What you'll be doing:
- Aggregate and synthesize updates from the Audience, Pixel, Reporting, and Integrations product teams and share them in cross-functional and executive stakeholder meetings.
- Build and scale product knowledge-sharing systems to increase visibility and understanding of product initiatives across departments.
- Lead initiatives to capture, document, and maintain product insights, decisions, and best practices in a centralized, accessible format.
- Identify gaps in communication and collaboration workflows and implement improvements to enhance product operations efficiency.
- Partner with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clear and timely dissemination of key updates, risks, and milestones.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience in product operations, project management, or a related function within preferably a MarTech space or technology/digital product environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a talent for simplifying complex information.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar for documentation and communication.
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience working in email marketing or marketing technology (Martech) is a plus.
