Who are we?

Thanx is a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants. Thanx helps regional and national restaurant brands grow customer lifetime value with easy-to-use lifecycle marketing automations and innovative customer loyalty tools focused on access, status, and personalization, over rote discounts. Thanx’s proprietary credit card tokenization technology, deep POS integrations, and loyalty-integrated ordering experiences dramatically increase the volume and accuracy of purchase data, which sits at the core of our CRM suite of tools, and our app and web-based ordering experiences deliver industry-leading conversion and repeat purchasing. We were named to Nation’s Restaurant News “2020 Power List” as one of the 50 most influential innovators in food service.

Thanx has secured investments from prominent venture and growth equity luminaries, having raised over $30M from elite investors such as M33 Growth, Ribbit Capital, and Sequoia Capital. At the core of our success is a culture that has attracted some of the best talent from across the country. We are proud of our incredibly strong employee tenure, a track record of internal promotions, and our impressive alumni network. We credit our cultural “core behaviors” with these accomplishments: Find A Way, Focus on What Matters, Say “Thanx” Genuinely, Welcome Diverse Perspectives, and Empathy Over Ego.

Your Next Role

The restaurant industry is evolving rapidly, and technology is at the center of that transformation. Thanx is helping leading brands rethink loyalty—not as a program, but as a driver of profitable growth. With successful IPOs from platforms like DoorDash, Toast, and Olo, the market is primed for innovation, and Thanx is positioned to lead.

As a Product Marketing Manager, your focus will be helping our customers get the most out of the Thanx platform. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate adoption, showcase real business impact, and empower restaurants to grow same-store sales through smarter, more data-driven marketing. You’ll also play a key role in capturing and amplifying these success stories—turning individual wins into scalable insights that educate the broader market on how to drive loyalty as a business outcome, not just a tactic.

This is a rare opportunity to shape both customer success and industry perception at a high-growth, product-led company. You’ll have strategic influence, direct visibility into results, and the chance to help restaurant marketers nationwide rethink how they drive growth.

We’re hiring for 100% remote roles at all levels; this position can be based anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
