Overview

Recharge is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own the execution of go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth. In this role, you’ll translate product capabilities into clear, compelling stories, develop messaging and sales enablement materials, and manage launches from planning through adoption. The ideal candidate is curious about the product, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting.

This is a hybrid role, based out of our Toronto, Ontario office (located downtown in the Core). 1 day per week in the office is expected.

What You'll Do

  • Live by and champion our values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration, and Details.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers on upcoming feature launches, driving go-to-market strategies and crafting clear, differentiated positioning.
  • Manage the cross-functional execution of go-to-market plans for product launches and adoption initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Enablement teams on internal enablement resources that highlight value propositions, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop content and campaigns that communicate product value and drive demand.
  • Join customer calls and analyze feedback to bring the voice of the customer into product, messaging, and GTM decisions.
  • Track and report on launch performance, sharing insights that shape future strategies and execution.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends, keeping cross-functional stakeholders informed of key developments.

What You'll Bring

  • 4–6 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B2C, with proven success at a scaling technology company
  • Experience managing 0–1 product launches and driving end-to-end GTM execution.
  • Strong storytelling skills — able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with customers while aligning to broader company themes, with an eye for detail that ensures accuracy and nuance without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Balance of strategic mindset and tactical execution, with a track record of bringing projects from conception to launch.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Proven ability to support Sales with effective enablement materials, objection handling, and competitive differentiation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled at translating technical features into customer value.
  • Product-curious and proactive in collaborating directly with Product teams to influence roadmap and positioning.
  • Outcome-oriented with measurable impact on adoption, pipeline, or revenue.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
