About you

We are looking for a Product Marketer to develop and execute impactful go-to-market strategies for our B2B SaaS product offerings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about using data-driven insights to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-To-Market Strategy: Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and positioning initiatives.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, including customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends, to inform product positioning and messaging and create ICPs and personas.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, consistent, and differentiated messaging for our products that resonates with our target audience and supports sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, blog posts, website copy, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to sell effectively and efficiently.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop customer engagement strategies to nurture existing clients, gather feedback, and optimize product usage.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to messaging, product launches, and customer engagement.
  • Demand Generation: Work with demand generation teams to drive lead generation through compelling campaigns and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Experience in conducting competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling product messaging.
  • Storytelling skills, with a focus on concept and an appreciation for narrative.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Experience in home decor, flooring, furniture, real estate, or other industries that are visually-driven and design-centric is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Prior experience in demand generation or sales enablement.
