About the Role:

Reporting to the Sr Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager (GTM) will help lead commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) motions across the AlayaCare platform for the specific markets assigned to them. This role leads the GTM strategy and execution across AlayaCare’s diverse service lines and regions, serving as the interlock between the Product organization and functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Account Management. You will drive scalable GTM processes, articulate clear value propositions, define and refine buyer personas, track market differentiators, and develop impactful messaging. You will also collaborate with Revenue teams to build targeted sales collateral, support pricing/packaging strategies, and ensure alignment with customer needs.

A Day in the Life:

  • Market Launches
    • Partner with market leaders to understand market scope, shape product roadmaps, and define scalable GTM strategies.
    • Set success criteria and influence stakeholders to align on GTM execution.
    • Create comprehensive Product Marketing briefs and campaign plans.
    • Map out the buyer’s journey, highlighting key customer touchpoints and value delivery.
    • Build impactful sales enablement tools in collaboration with Revenue and Product Marketing teams.
  • Product and Market Positioning & Competitive Analysis
    • Develop and refine value propositions and strategic positioning.
    • Maintain competitive research frameworks to track dynamics in your markets.
    • Contribute to market-specific thought leadership content.
  • Pricing, Packaging & Cross-Functional Support
    • Refine pricing and packaging to drive resonance and business outcomes.
    • Manage content requests and support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience, including 2+ in Product Marketing, Strategy, or Consulting.
  • Proven experience with GTM processes and SaaS product launches.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Roadmunk, Looker, Asana, Crayon.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in healthcare/homecare sectors and understanding of payors/business lines as a strong asset.

Location and Travel Requirements:

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this, the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Montreal Area.
