Stability AI is seeking a B2C Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute positioning, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and engagement of our flagship application for creative professionals.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, this role will shape the narrative around our product making sure it resonates with professional creators. You’ll work closely with product, research, growth, creative, community, and finance to ensure a seamless user journey from awareness to adoption.

This is a unique opportunity to be the founding Product Marketer on a generative AI application and play a key role in transforming professional visual media creation.

This role will require an understanding of professional creative tools and the generative AI ecosystem. 

This is a fully remote role based in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the benefits and differentiators of the product.
  • Lead pricing strategy and competitive analysis, ensuring the application remains industry-leading and aligned with user needs.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy, ensuring the successful launch, adoption, and ongoing promotion of new features and products.
  • Partner closely with the growth team to align on acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts, ensuring messaging and content support the full customer journey.
  • Collaborate with creative, community, and social teams to develop engaging marketing assets that drive awareness and adoption across multiple channels.
  • Develop product education materials to support adoption and retention.
  • Track and analyze product adoption and user feedback, using insights to refine messaging, content, future go-to-market strategies, and to inform the product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in professional creative tools. 
  • Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging, with experience translating technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally with growth, creative, and product teams.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality outputs amidst fast turnaround times and navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using customer insights and market research to refine product marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of the visual media generative AI ecosystem and active experimentation with generative AI tools.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $130,000-$150,000 USD if based in the US and between $108,000-$120,000 CAD if based in Canada. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
