Your role includes translating market opportunities into actionable shipping strategies while ensuring user feedback informs product direction.

Planned is an AI-native event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings & events booking process. We make it easy for anyone to plan successful events while giving finance teams the visibility and control they need to maximize their budget. Planned has already worked with over 200 companies across North America, such as; PwC, L'Oréal, Google, Samsung & Airbnb.

We're on a mission to disrupt a $500+ billion industry. To achieve that, we want to work with brilliant minds and natural leaders who are driven to out-think, out-plan, and outperform the competition. We tackle every business decision with enthusiasm, and we love the work that we do!

As a Product Manager at Planned, you'll own a core product area end-to-end and help build the AI-native operating system for corporate event management and procurement. You'll work directly with the founders and product leadership to define what we build: who you build for, which workflows you win, and how we turn multi-agent automation into something customers can't live without. Every decision you make materially changes the trajectory of the product.

What You'll Do
  • Own a product area end-to-end: from defining core user, workflows, and product surfaces to pressure-testing ideas yourself, designing and vibe-coding prototypes
  • Build genuine understanding of our users through research, testing, and tight loops with engineering, design, customer success, and GTM teams.
  • Collaborate tightly with engineers and designers to turn customer feedback into shipped features, staying hands-on through to build.
  • Translate a broad market opportunity into clear, sequenced priorities you can ship.
  • Turn customer conversations, sales learnings, and product usage into clear product direction.
  • Run product operating cadences across discovery, prioritization, shipping, feedback, and iteration.
  • Help define how AI, agents, automation, and workflow come together in the product.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience shipping product at a high-growth technology company, executing on a complex B2B product or product area.
  • Strong product taste - you have a clear point of view on what makes products simple, elegant, and differentiated, and you can articulate why.
  • You design and build, not just spec - comfortable in design tools and AI-assisted coding to prototype your own ideas.
  • AI tools are a natural part of how you work, not an afterthought.
  • Strong customer intuition - you quickly identify pain and translate ambiguity into clear direction.
  • Curious and high-agency - you figure things out and don't wait to be told what to do next.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration - you make decisions with incomplete information and create clarity where there wasn't any.
  • Exceptional prioritization judgment - you know how to sequence work, say no, and create focus.

What Makes You Stand Out
  • Experience building AI-native products, multi-agent systems, or workflow automation.
  • Experience building for procurement, operations, events, marketplaces, or complex B2B workflows.
  • Experience with payments, supplier/vendor management, or document and data extraction pipelines.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams on product architecture, APIs, integrations, or AI infrastructure.

What We Offer
  • Culture of high performance, strong talent density and in-person collaboration
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Competitive base pay and equity packages
  • All the tools and gear you need to be successful (Macbook Pro, screens, mouse, keyboard, ChatGPT, Fullstory, etc)
  • Health, dental, vision, psychology insurance
  • Professional development subsidy
  • Bus pass subsidy or indoor parking
  • Stocked up snack bar & lunches in office 2x per week
  • Dog-friendly office
  • Relocation assistance, if needed
