As our AdTech Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development of our demand and supply side platforms, as well as our affiliate platform. In addition to the DSP and SSP responsibilities, you will be responsible for ad formats, targeting and measurement, and marketplace optimizations. You have a strong grasp of the evolving digital marketing landscape, and understand the needs of digital marketers.

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to deliver on initiatives
  • Ensure the onboarding, activation, and retention of advertisers and affiliates by delivering a product that allows customers to achieve their advertising and revenue goals
  • Deliver innovative ad products in collaboration with publisher clients
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on organizational objectives
  • Meet and/or exceed product performance targets

What you’ll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar Product Management or Product Owner role
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital B2B products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience is required.
  • A strong understanding of advertising technology, media buying, and digital marketing
  • Previous success in a product leadership role where you can articulate how you impacted the organization in a positive way
  • Experience leading development projects: defining and communicating specifications, managing resources, leading cross-functional teams and managing on time implementation
  • Creative, innovative, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
