Responsibilities:
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to benchmark OTC pricing, LP performance, and order routing, delivering solutions that establish Binance as a market leader in institutional services.
- Drive OTC product enhancements, including automating end-to-end processes for scalability, creating dashboards for pricing insights and LP metrics, optimizing Options RFQ performance/usage, and launching Futures RFQ.
- Partner with business, engineering, and operations teams to shape the OTC roadmap, define milestones, and prioritize features for efficiency and risk management.
- Translate ideas into actionable plans: draft detailed PRDs, assess technical feasibility, and execute from concept to launch.
- Monitor product data and user feedback to refine experiences, especially in high-volume institutional trading.
- Manage the product lifecycle by leading cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, stakeholders) to meet delivery goals, promoting accountability and innovation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in financial services, fintech, or banking, ideally with institutional OTC trading, brokers, asset managers, or trading systems.
- Hands-on experience in quantitative analysis or trading, with expertise in OTC liquidity, pricing, and execution; Fiat integration knowledge is a plus.
- Strong grasp of trading workflows, including pre-trade compliance, execution (e.g., RFQ, block trades), post-trade analytics, settlement, and clearing.
- Proficiency in API integrations (e.g., FIX, REST, WebSocket) and institutional trading systems; dashboard analytics experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin for effective global stakeholder communication.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability in Agile settings, with leadership to influence executives and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; technical or engineering background is a bonus for bridging product and tech challenges.
