Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery and iteration of DeFi data capabilities within the Web3 wallet, independently driving requirement definition, execution, and release
- Track DeFi trends, protocols, and competitors, maintain the protocol integration roadmap, and analyse value assessment and prioritization
- Manage end-to-end delivery for protocol integrations and multi-chain expansion, define priorities and scope, align data definitions and acceptance criteria, and drive integration through launch
- Drive cross-team adoption of shared data capabilities across business scenarios, document and align data definitions and onboarding standards, and ensure integrations meet quality benchmarks
- Build user feedback loops and a metrics framework, track protocol coverage, data accuracy, and stability, and continuously improve user experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product management experience; experience in blockchain, DeFi, or fintech products is a plus
- Solid understanding of DeFi protocol mechanics, with systematic knowledge of AMMs, lending, LSD/LRT, and staking, and the ability to apply them to metric definition and product design
- Familiar with on-chain data and definitions, including transaction structures, contract calls, and event logs; understand common token types and identify key protocol-level field and definition differences
- Strong data product mindset and engineering collaboration skills, with foundational technical understanding and the ability to align solutions with engineering and data teams, drive delivery, and close the loop through acceptance
- Strong execution and communication skills, able to manage multiple workstreams, break down milestones, identify dependencies and risks, and deliver on schedule; proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese to collaborate with international stakeholders
- Proficient in using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality; proactively identify product/business use cases for AI and drive practical implementation and continuous iteration/optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL or data querying tools, able to independently validate and analyze data and communicate insights
- Hands-on Web3 on-chain experience, familiar with swaps, staking, and providing liquidity, and able to independently verify on-chain actions and reproduce issues
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Sensors Data or DataWind, with understanding of A/B testing processes and evaluation methods
