We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the product in a particular domain, and who will ensure the development team produces as much value as possible for our clients in that domain.

Primary Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Product Manager to work with our Authentication development team, which manages user account access and security as part of our unified online banking product.
  • Own the Vision and Roadmap for authentication and security inside the digital banking platform (hybrid iOS and Android apps; online banking)
  • Communicate effectively with U.S. financial institutions to deeply understand their needs and solve their problems
  • Work remotely to bridge communication between distributed development and business teams
  • Working closely with your team's engineers and testers–
  • Enable an agile development team to work efficiently on high-value work
  • Drive the discovery and refinement of requirements, build a product backlog
  • Provide production support, prioritize bugs and enhancements, manage product backlog
  • Manage the design and specification of different software features
  • Apply excellent judgment to faithfully represent client and business needs during development planning and execution
  • Collaborate with other digital banking development teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Collaborate with Product Managers from other teams to build authentication-based features for other product areas
  • Use industry-standard tools for issue management and collaboration, such as the Atlassian suite

Must Haves

  • 2 - 3 years experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner of a SaaS solution
  • Experience managing the backlog and roadmap for a software product
  • Experience as Product Owner for an agile team
  • Track record of excellent collaborative and independent work
  • Track record of creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Passion to innovate within the consumer tech space
  • Proven ability to work independently, drive results, and embrace continuously improvement and learning
  • Superior English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working hours are approximately 3am - 11am Pacific Time, with some flexibility based on the candidate and team

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience managing and innovating authentication and security functionality
  • Experience within the banking or financial services sector
  • Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) development practice
  • Experience working with distributed teams is beneficial, but not required
