About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in building intuitive, user-centric features that drive engagement and growth for consumer-focused products. You’ll be responsible for refining existing features and delivering innovative solutions that align with customer needs. With a strong focus on design and user experience, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create products that delight users and meet strategic business goals.

What You'll Bring

  • A genuine passion for Behavox’s mission, market, and technology.
  • 3+ years of experience building B2C or end-user facing products, having successfully completed at least one full product lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to execute, solve problems, and deliver compelling presentations to customers.
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills, demonstrated in collaboration across engineering, design, and data science teams.
  • Expertise in user research and analysis, applied in mission-driven environments to drive product development and innovation.


What You'll Do

  • Build and refine features with a strong focus on user experience and customer needs.
  • Apply a user-centric design approach to create features that drive engagement and business growth.
  • Strategically develop and manage product roadmaps, leading customer-facing presentations to showcase progress and vision.
  • Own backlog grooming and ensure timely resolution of product issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Customer Success Managers to deliver seamless product solutions.

About Our Process
We take Talent very seriously and we are building a community of extraordinary individuals working together in very high performing teams. During the process we will begin by exploring the core factors regarding salary and location along with core experience and skills and values alignment. We will then deep dive explore the critical technical competencies we have identified for the role, and then we will deep dive in behavioral  competencies.

The most aligned candidate will then be asked to do a practical work task simulation activity so we can make sure that you will enjoy the kind of work the role requires, and this task will typically be presented and discussed with a group of colleagues and managers. Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible. Please note, all Zoom interview will be recorded.
