Job Description

The Product & Growth Content Specialist plays a key role in shaping high-impact, conversion-driven messaging across SPYPOINT & VOSKER’s ecosystem bridging marketing, product, and user experience.

Working under the strategic direction of the Director – Brand & Communications, this role focuses on executing and optimizing content across critical performance touchpoints, including advertising, eCommerce, CRM, and digital product interfaces.

The role ensures messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with established brand narratives and UX writing principles translating product features into effective, user-centric communication that drives acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Copywriting

  • Write and optimize campaign, promotional, and digital ad copy across channels
  • Execute A/B testing initiatives and iterate based on performance insights
  • Continuously refine messaging to improve engagement and conversion

eCommerce & Retail Content

  • Develop and maintain product copy across PDPs, marketplaces, and online listings
  • Support retail, packaging, and catalogue messaging
  • Translate product features into clear, benefit-driven communication aligned with brand storytelling

CRM & Lifecycle Content

  • Create email and lifecycle content (acquisition, onboarding, retention)
  • Execute automated flows and campaign messaging
  • Support seasonal and promotional initiatives

Digital Product & UX Writing (Execution & Optimization)

  • Execute and refine UX copy across app features and digital interfaces
  • Apply UX writing guidelines and frameworks defined by the Senior Specialist
  • Support feature naming and product language development
  • Ensure consistency of terminology across user touchpoints

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment of messaging across campaigns, product, and customer journey
  • Adapt messaging based on strategic direction and business priorities

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze performance of messaging across channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, engagement, and conversion
  • Contribute to a data-driven approach to content optimization

Impact of the Role

  • Improves conversion, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Strengthens product understanding through clear communication
  • Ensures consistency across high-impact customer touchpoints
  • Translates strategy into measurable business results

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (an asset).
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) contacts outside Quebec; French considered an asset, given regular collaboration with Quebec-based stakeholders.
