As a Product Designer on the Zoom Docs team, you’ll shape experiences that empower millions of users. From document editing and data tables to collaboration features and dashboards, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how teams everywhere work together. If you thrive on solving complex UX challenges, building from the ground up, and designing intuitive tools at scale, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What we’re looking for

• Bring 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS platforms, productivity tools, or collaboration software.

• Showcase interaction and visual design skills through a portfolio that highlights strategic thinking, polished execution, and user-centered solutions.

• Demonstrate success designing complex features (e.g., document editing, tables, charts, or collaboration tools).

• Apply experience with design systems to create scalable and consistent user experiences.

• Navigate ambiguity with confidence and drive results in a growing, iterative environment.

• Solve complex problems with creativity, empathy, and a focus on usability.

• Bring experience with document or collaboration tools, knowledge of designing for real-time collaboration or AI-powered features

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
