Level Access, a leading SaaS accessibility company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Designer to join our Product Research and Design team and shape the user experience of our accessibility technology products!

In this role, you will focus on improving the platform experience for both internal and external customers. You will apply systems thinking and human-centered design to build intuitive, scalable solutions. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and designers, you will design flawless experiences that improve usability and drive business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, accessible user interfaces for our digital accessibility products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and build design solutions.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine designs.
  • Support both short- and long-term design strategies across the product lifecycle.
  • Provide design reviews and mentor other designers.
  • Analyze existing products and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience designing digital tools (web apps, native apps, plugins, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience working with and contributing to design systems.
  • Strong ability to use data to inform design decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers in agile environments.
  • Expertise in design discovery and problem framing.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of UX research practices and experience with unmoderated user testing tools like Maze.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in growth design
  • Deep understanding of design principles and usability practices
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards.
