What does this role involve?

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative products and enhancing existing solutions that elevate the customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform ideas into practical, high-quality designs while ensuring manufacturability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency with CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
  • Solid understanding of product design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.

What will your responsibilities be as a Product Designer?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and develop innovative product solutions.
  • Design and model new products while considering functionality, manufacturability, installation methods, and quality requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, tolerances, and technical requirements throughout the development process.
  • Work closely with prototyping and testing teams to validate designs and implement improvements.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate product design documentation and technical references.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and design processes.
