What you’ll do

As a Product Designer on the Billing Invoicing team, you'll work on creating intuitive and powerful invoicing experiences that cater to businesses of all sizes and complexities.

Responsibilities

This role will require you to balance the needs of various user segments, prioritize improvements based on user feedback and business goals, and contribute to Stripe's vision of providing best-in-class invoicing solutions.

  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and strategy partners to define and execute on the product vision for Stripe Invoicing
  • Prototype and iterate on solutions for key touchpoints in the invoicing journey
  • Collaborate with teams across Stripe to craft a seamless dashboard experience
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • Has 6+ years relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company
  • Has strong craft demonstrated through a portfolio of work
  • Has experience designing data-rich UX
  • Has experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
Preferred qualifications
  • Has experience collaborating with different partners across org lines
  • Has a passion for turning complexity into usable, beautiful experiences
  • Are a strong design leader comfortable with bringing your point of view to a team
  • Experience designing financial or B2B SaaS products
  • Knowledge of invoicing processes, financial regulations, and best practices
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
  • Experience with data visualization and creating insightful analytics interfaces
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes to communicate complex interactions
