You will be in charge of projects' delivery on time, within scope and budget within Chocolate, Bakery and Gum&Candy categories. You will define the goals of a project, create a plan to meet the milestones, outline deliverables and tasks, assign activities and monitor their proper completion, control project progress, ensure the successful launch and post-evaluation analysis.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Contribute to define project objectives, success criteria, scope, stakeholders, and funding requirements.
  • Plan and secure required resources, ensuring effective allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and dependencies.
  • Lead project execution by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and removing delivery blockers.
  • Track project performance to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through change control processes.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and structured project reporting and status communication with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate results, capture lessons learned, and support continuous improvement after launch.

More about this role
Education / Certifications:
  • University degree (accounting/finance, marketing, logistics, engineering, quality, food science, operations, etc.)

Job specific requirements:
  • Preferably 2+ years' of professional experience in a consumer products environment, typically with supply chain / manufacturing / procurement / R&D / marketing / customer development / project management.
  • Working knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles.
  • Excellent project management & organizational skills
  • Influencing and negotiating skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with complexity
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills
  • Drive for results and ability to motivate others
  • Fluent in Ukrainian & English - both written and spoken.
