The Role:

We’re recruiting a senior, commercially minded Producer to anchor BD’s North American content slate: delivering always-on content for one of the world’s biggest travel platforms, alongside campaign work across the region.
Running productions end to end, from brief through to final delivery. A genuinely senior seat, with direct client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and clear ownership of delivery from start to finish.
NB: You’ll be employed through BD’s employer-of-record partner based in either Canada or Mexico, working North American hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Own productions end to end: planning, budgets, logistics, permits, shoot execution, post-production and final delivery
  • Build and manage production budgets with real cost discipline and commercial judgement
  • Match creators to briefs and build lean, high-performing production teams
  • Collaborate with the Creator Programme to onboard, develop and scale creators
  • Assess production feasibility by market before plans are locked
  • Brief creators thoroughly ahead of production and ensure they’re set up for success on set
  • Direct and coach local production partners including line producers, fixers and suppliers
  • Build direct client relationships throughout the project lifecycle; escalate early and never surprise the client
  • Troubleshoot in real time and make sound calls when plans change
  • Work confidently within BD’s production platform and AI-supported workflows

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • 5–10 years’ production management experience, with the seniority and judgement to run productions independently without day-to-day oversight
  • Proven experience delivering global productions and managing remote production teams across multiple markets
  • Practical, day-to-day use of AI tools to improve production planning, workflows and output
  • Strong working knowledge of permits, insurance, releases and local production requirements across multiple markets
  • Experience producing creator-led and social-first content, with a strong understanding of the pace and demands of digital platforms
  • Sharp budgeting and project management skills, with strong commercial judgement and calm decision-making under pressure
  • Excellent client communication skills, with the confidence to manage relationships directly, set expectations and escalate issues early
