We are seeking a curious and meticulous Process and Strategy Intern to help us optimize our methods and support our growth. You will be at the heart of our transformation, directly contributing to improving the efficiency and agility of our engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and map technical engineering processes to identify improvement opportunities and bottlenecks.

  • Collaborate on defining and collecting performance metrics to measure operational efficiency and support decision-making.

  • Take charge of coordinating weekly strategic meetings (TPLT): managing invitations, preparing agendas, taking notes, writing summaries, and following up on action items.

  • Participate in documenting new procedures and communicating changes to the teams.

  • The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills. 

  • Interest in continuous improvement and problem-solving.

  • Autonomy, thoroughness, and proactivity.

  • Ability to work independently with thoroughness and proactivity.
