We are seeking Process Automation Intern to help automate internal processes using Microsoft tools. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the workplace innovation, by automating manual tasks to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure automation workflows using Power Automate and other Microsoft solutions.

• Participate in the design and deployment of Copilot agents for business use cases.

• Collaborate with the team to identify processes suitable for automation and propose innovative solutions.

• Test, document, and optimize the automations implemented.

• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or Information Technology.

• Knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot, or a strong interest in automation.

• Skills or interest in programming, including APIs, JSON, XML, Cloud Services, and Azure.

• Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and technological curiosity.
