We are seeking Process Automation Intern to help automate internal processes using Microsoft tools. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the workplace innovation, by automating manual tasks to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities
Develop and configure automation workflows using Power Automate and other Microsoft solutions.
Participate in the design and deployment of Copilot agents for business use cases.
Collaborate with the team to identify processes suitable for automation and propose innovative solutions.
Test, document, and optimize the automations implemented.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or Information Technology.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot, or a strong interest in automation.
Skills or interest in programming, including APIs, JSON, XML, Cloud Services, and Azure.
Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, and technological curiosity.
