  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and technical planning sessions, ensuring infrastructure considerations are properly represented in enterprise initiatives.
  • Oversee vendor relationship management for operational contracts, including SLA monitoring, performance reviews, and escalation management.
  • Develop technical documentation, process frameworks, and operational procedures that support infrastructure service delivery and governance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and business analysts to ensure infrastructure dependencies are identified, planned, and executed effectively.
  • Support budget planning and resource forecasting by providing technical analysis, cost modeling, and operational metrics to inform directorial decision-making.
  • Manage technical aspects of infrastructure compliance, security assessments, and audit support activities.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for infrastructure incidents, coordinating response efforts and providing business impact communications.
  • Drive operational improvements and technical standardization initiatives that enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • Background in enterprise architecture, IT service management, or technical consulting roles.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, enterprise project management methodologies, and infrastructure governance frameworks.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation, DevOps practices, and modern cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills for technical and business audiences.
