Chez nous, le ou la préposé(e) aux déjeuners s'occupe de la préparation et du service sous forme de buffet du petit déjeuner offert à nos clients venant de partout autour du monde. VOICI CE QUE L'ON TON OFFRE
- Salaire établi selon l'expérience débutant à 18,26 $/ heure;
- Poste temporaire à temps partiel avec possibilité de permanence;
- Horaire : en semaine et fin de semaine de 7h à 12h;
- Vêtements fournis;
- Allocation de 25$ pour le laissez-passer mensuel d'autobus;
- Stationnement gratuit.
TON RÔLE
- Faire la préparation et la mise en place du buffet froid et chaud du déjeuner;
- Accueillir les clients de l’hôtel venant prendre le déjeuner;
- Surveiller et contrôler l’approvisionnement, la mise en place et l’apparence des lieux durant les heures d’ouverture du déjeuner;
- Effectuer l'achat, la réception et le suivi de l'inventaire de la nourriture et des breuvages utilisés dans la préparation du déjeuner;
- Effectuer les tâches de nettoyage et d'entretien ménager des aires de travail et des équipements (réfrigérateurs, cuisinière, etc.).
FORMATIONS, EXPÉRIENCES ET COMPÉTENCES
- Posséder un sens du service à la clientèle hors pair;
- Expérience en restauration - un atout;
- Expérience en hôtellerie - un atout.
