Ce programme vous permettra d'acquérir trois expériences de vente différentes en 18 mois (6 mois pour chaque rotation) afin de vous donner une base de connaissances qui continuera à s'avérer utile tout au long de votre carrière. Tout en découvrant les différentes fonctions de vente, le diplômé de Power Squared doit être prêt à voyager ou à s'installer dans divers endroits au Canada, car les rotations peuvent se faire dans différents sites à l’échelle du Canada.

Part of the M&S trainee program: Learn about the relevant business, offerings, service & product lines within the local sales unit.
Engage with Local Sales Manager (LSM), supervisors, and mentors: Develop your sales skills and knowledge of various sales management processes.
Experiential learning: Work on assigned projects/KPIs, focus on partnering with key stakeholders, and deliver on required tasks.

Maintain contacts: Work closely with the local/strategic account manager to maintain contacts and learn to build the player map in SFDC.
Solution portfolio: Gain a broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy’s solutions and portfolio including digital, software, & services.
Segments and Channels: Understand the concept of segments and channels as applied in Hitachi Energy businesses in the local market.
Marketing: understand local marketing plan and actively participate in supporting the local team
Build and maintain relationships: Establishing connections with new clients and nurturing existing ones within the local unit
Identify and research local sales leads; support in maintaining SFDC pipeline, customer visit reports, understand regional / local market trends.
Engage with leads: Communicating with potential customers (internal and external) through calls, emails, or visits, often across different time zones.
Work towards sales KPIs as assigned by LSM; working jointly with sales teams striving to meet or exceed budget targets for country.
Document sales activities: Keeping records of sales and order details, often using CRM systems like Salesforce.
Votre expérience
Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering or Business/Management oriented)
Less than 2 years of working experience post-graduation
Technical selling aptitude
Strong drive to achieve targets
Fantastic communication and organization skills
Capability to build strong relationships

Join the Hitachi Energy Canada Front End Sales Team early in your career and gain valuable exposure to various parts of a sales function. This program will rotate you to 3 different sales experiences in 18 months (6 months for each rotation) to give you a knowledge base that will continue to prove helpful throughout the rest of your career. While learning about the different Sales functions, a Power Squared Graduate must be willing to travel/relocate to various locations in Canada as rotations may be at different sites across Canada.
