Purpose and Impact

 Relevant du Superviseur du brassage, le polyvalent en brassage est responsable de l’opération, de la surveillance et de l’entretien des équipements de brassage, de fermentation, de clarification et de filtration. Ce rôle joue un rôle clé dans l’assurance de la qualité des produits, de l’efficacité opérationnelle ainsi que du respect des normes de salubrité alimentaire et de santé et sécurité au travail.  

Responsabilités

  • Opérations de brassage et de production
    • Opérer les équipements destinés à la fabrication de la bière, incluant les pasteurisateurs, centrifugeuses, filtres et autres équipements connexes.
    • Maîtriser les procédés de brassage, de fermentation, de clarification et de filtration afin d’assurer une production conforme aux standards établis.
    • Effectuer diverses manipulations liées à la bière et à la levure.
  • Qualité et suivi de la production
    • Assurer le contrôle de la qualité du produit tout au long du procédé, y compris la dégustation lorsque requis.
    • Compléter, réviser et mettre à jour les rapports et registres de production.
    • Veiller au respect des échéanciers prévus dans l’horaire de production.
  • Nettoyage et entretien des équipements
    • Effectuer le lavage et l’assainissement des équipements, des lignes et des cuves.
    • Utiliser et maîtriser les systèmes de nettoyage en place (NEP).
    • Procéder à l’entretien préventif des équipements afin d’assurer leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Documentation et formation
    • Rédiger et mettre à jour les instructions de travail.
    • Participer à la formation du personnel dans les différents secteurs du brassage.
  • Santé, sécurité et conformité
    • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et ordonné.
    • Respecter les normes de salubrité alimentaire applicables au poste et signaler toute non-conformité.
    • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe requise pour soutenir les opérations.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales reconnu dans un domaine relié à la science et à la technologie des aliments
  • Une expérience jugée pertinente peut être considérée en remplacement de la scolarité requise
  • Excellentes habitudes de travail en matière de propreté et d’assainissement
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Aptitudes pour la rédaction et la tenue de documentation
  • Capacité à gérer le stress et à travailler sous pression
  • Souci du travail bien fait et sens élevé des responsabilités
  • Capacité à respecter les échéanciers de production
  • Attitude dynamique, positive et organisée
  • Capacité à travailler de façon sécuritaire et méthodique
  • Flexibilité d’horaire et disponibilité pour travailler sur tous les quarts de travail

Conditions de travail

Poste entièrement sur site dans un environnement de production brassicole. Le rôle exige l’utilisation régulière d’équipements de brassage et de transformation, le respect de normes strictes de qualité et de salubrité, ainsi que la capacité de travailler selon différents quarts de travail en fonction des besoins opérationnels.
