We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive support across both business and personal matters. This role has a clearly defined 50/50 split between business-related responsibilities and personal administrative support. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable switching between professional and personal tasks, can handle confidential matters with discretion, takes ownership of assignments, and is flexible when priorities change.

- Provide daily administrative and operational support.
- Manage and execute various ad hoc business requests and assignments from the CEO, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate business travel, reservations, meetings, and appointments.
- Support scheduling and coordination of business-related events and activities.
- Assist with office operations and coordinate external service providers when required.
- Provide day-to-day personal administrative support.
- Handle personal errands, bookings, reservations, and local arrangements.
- Coordinate personal appointments and activities.
- Research and arrange local services, purchases, deliveries, and other personal requests.
- Assist with transportation and local tasks when required.
- Handle various ad hoc personal assignments with flexibility and discretion.
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexible and comfortable with a wide variety of tasks - from business coordination to personal administrative matters.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Based in Montreal with strong knowledge of the city, local services, businesses, and resources.
