What You Will Get To Do:

  • Provide operational, business and technical support to Institutional and Wealth Management clients
  • Support the performance operation function of reconciliation of account data including cash, holdings, and transactions. Account level performance verification, composite management, attribution analysis and client/management investment reporting.
  • Help with the generation and review of investment performance reports and attribution analysis
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and workflow processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Help gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product or development teams
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates or new features
  • Support the team in identifying process improvements or inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior team members to ensure service standards are met

What You Will Bring:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in a financial services, operations, or client service role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Windows-based applications
  • Willingness to learn about financial products, systems, and performance reporting
  • Interest in pursuing a professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA, CIPM) is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL or SS&C products is an asset
