We're looking for a strategic Performance Marketing Lead to drive user growth for Angry Birds Dream Blast. In this central role you’ll shape end to end performance marketing strategy to bring the joy of our game to millions more players worldwide. You’ll manage substantial budgets, mentor a team of performance marketing managers, and take full ownership of the game’s performance marketing efforts. The role can be based in either Espoo or Barcelona, following a hybrid policy with at least two days per week in the office.

We’re looking for a curious, growth-driven marketer who thrives on collaboration. You’ll work closely with Game Leadership, Product, and Creative teams to ensure performance marketing efforts align with the product vision, and drive business results. You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Developing and executing our performance marketing strategy, with clear goals and KPIs aligned to the overall product and marketing vision.
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the performance marketing team, driving accountability, and fostering continuous learning and growth
  • Planning, running, and optimizing high-volume acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, using data to improve performance and ensure strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams (Game Leadership, Finance, Central Marketing) and external advertising partners and platforms.
  • Partnering closely with the Product team to shape user journeys and in-game features that maximize acquisition and overall performance.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, with proven success in developing strategy, planning campaigns, and hands-on media buying for mobile games.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize multi-million dollar acquisition budgets.
  • Strong analytical  skills, able to interpret complex data, extract insights, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring teams, setting clear goals, and driving accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to influence and empower cross-functional stakeholders.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • Experience with the performance marketing creative process, including setting direction, briefing, giving feedback, and guiding overall creative production.
  • Strong understanding of mobile marketing AdTech, including game measurement tools, attribution providers, programmatic advertising, and fraud prevention.
  • Experience working on casual puzzle games.
