From facilitating development opportunities to ensuring our operations and policies scale with us, we focus on creating a thoughtful employee experience that’s aligned with our mission and values.

As we prepare for the Parental leave of our Head of People, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us and take the lead on day-to-day people operations, strategic initiatives, and HR business partnering.

What You'll Be Doing 🔥

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary HRBP for all business units outside of tech, including Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A functions.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees through performance cycles, development conversations, and feedback.
  • Partner closely with our Tech HRBP to ensure consistent HR practices across the company.

HR Team Leadership

  • Manage and support the HR Business Partner dedicated to the Tech team, ensuring alignment and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment that emphasizes growth, communication, and clarity of roles.

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for all open roles across non-tech departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, improve hiring processes, and deliver strong candidate experiences.
  • Own the coordination and refinement of our interview practices and employer branding in partnership with People Ops.

Strategic People Ops Projects

  • Drive company-wide people projects such as:
    • Performance review cycles
    • Compensation and leveling projects
    • Manager enablement and learning
    • HR policy updates and documentation
  • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Day-to-Day People Operations

  • Handle employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Support compensation reviews, benefits administration, and compliance processes.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with Finance and Legal teams on employment matters.
Who You Are 💪
  • An experienced People & Culture professional (5+ years), with solid generalist skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Comfortable managing a direct report and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with managers and employees.
  • Excellent at navigating interpersonal dynamics, growth conversations, and team development with empathy and clarity.
  • Passionate about building great employee experiences, and not afraid to get in the weeds to make things happen.
  • A natural project manager who can balance short-term operations with long-term planning.
  • Skilled at using data and feedback to continuously iterate and improve.
  • Experience in a tech or startup environment is a strong asset.

  • Fluency in French
  • Experience in org development, L&D, or team effectiveness.
