As a People Development Partner at monday.com, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people development strategy across the GTM (GO TO MARKET) organization, supporting a dynamic and rapidly scaling global sales and marketing organization. From strategy to execution, you’ll drive programs and initiatives that foster growth, elevate capabilities, and align with business goals and our unique culture.
You’ll be part of the Global People Development team and collaborate closely with HRBPs, leaders, and teams within the GTM organization. Your work will span across learning & development, talent management, organizational development, and change management—empowering individuals and teams to thrive in a high-performance, customer-facing environment.
Experience in supporting sales teams or go-to-market organizations is a strong advantage.
About The Role
- Partner strategically with HRBPs and sales leadership to identify key talent gaps, design interventions, and align people development efforts with organizational priorities.
- Design and deliver targeted People Development solutions tailored to the needs of the CRO organization, including engagement, performance management, talent development, recognition, and change management.
- Develop and implement scalable learning and development programs that align with both company-wide strategy and the specific goals of the sales organization.
- Lead and facilitate impactful programs that address both current and future capability needs—particularly within sales leadership and GTM teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning methodologies—bringing creative and effective approaches to building skills and culture.
- Collaborate with global partners and cross-functional teams to align on consistent, high-impact people development strategies across regions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of programs, generating insights for continuous improvement and business impact.
- Manage external vendor relationships as needed to deliver high-quality learning solutions efficiently.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing people development strategies within or alongside sales or GTM organizations – highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of people development needs in high-tech and B2B SaaS companies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions and levels.
- Highly organized, self-directed, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously with clear metrics and business impact.
- Ability to balance global and regional priorities, acting as a strategic and hands-on partner within the broader People team.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000-$200,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
