The Skills You Will Bring

You’re a strong communicator with an analytical mindset and a passion for helping organizations succeed through people data. You bring:

  • Analytical foundation: Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Quicksight, or Power BI.

  • Consulting mindset: Ability to work directly with customers, understand their business questions, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations rooted in people data.

  • Data storytelling: Skill in translating workforce insights into compelling narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaboration skills: Comfort working with cross-functional teams and clients, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

  • Quality focus: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, polished work to executive-level audiences.

  • I/O psychology knowledge: Understanding of organizational psychology principles, employee motivation theories, workplace behavior patterns, and HR metrics is preferred.

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate a track record of:

  • Applied HR/people data analysis: Conducting analyses on workforce or HR datasets that influenced talent, culture, or organizational decisions.

  • Visualization & reporting: Developing dashboards, reports, or visualizations that simplified complex people data for business stakeholders.

  • Client impact: Partnering with HR leaders, people analytics teams, or business executives to translate workforce insights into strategic action.

  • Communication excellence: Delivering findings to executive or non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling way.
