TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE
EN COLLABORATION AVEC LA CHEF DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND :
- Préparer et effectuer le cycle complet de la paie pour ± 300 employés, incluant des employés syndiqués (paie hebdomadaire) et des employés non-syndiqués (paie bi-hebdomadaire) ;
- Être responsable de l’administration des avantages sociaux ;
- Créer et maintenir à jour les dossiers d’employés ;
- Effectuer la production de différents rapports mensuels ;
- Offrir un support administratif pour le recrutement (ouverture de poste, affichage, entrevue téléphonique, etc.) ;
- Veiller à l’exactitude de différentes informations au système intégré de gestion des ressources humaines (Workday) ;
- Collaborer à la rédaction de communiqués ;
- Recueillir et compiler les données de formation ;
- Collaborer à la réalisation des activités sociales de l’entreprise.

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?
- Détenir une technique administrative ou autres domaines pertinents à l’emploi, accréditation de l'INP (un atout);
- Posséder trois (3) années d’expérience pertinente en tant que paie-maître ou responsable de la paie;
- Détenir des connaissances sur le logiciel Workday (un atout);
- Niveau avancé d’anglais (écrit et parlé) pour les relations avec le corporatif, les collègues à l’extérieur du Québec;
- Détenir une capacité à cerner les priorités et faire preuve de rigueur;
- Niveau avancé de la suite Microsoft office (Excel, Word);
- Avoir de la facilité à travailler en équipe.
