Build and manage strategic partnerships by identifying, securing, and nurturing collaborators. Coordinate internally to create partnership opportunities, oversee execution of agreements, and ensure deliverables meet goals.

We’re looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager who excels at building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You’ll be the driving force behind our partnerships, ensuring our collaborators—whether sponsors, speakers, or other organizations—are aligned and thriving with us.
What you’ll do:
- Develop strategic partnerships: Identify, engage, and secure partners who align with our vision, enhancing our events and content offerings.
- Foster relationships: Maintain strong connections with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefits.
- Collaborate creatively: Work with internal teams to create unique partnership opportunities, from event sponsorships to digital collaborations.
- Manage post-partnership success: Oversee the execution of partner agreements, providing regular updates and ensuring deliverables are met.
What we’re looking for:
- Relationship builder: 3+ years of experience in business development or partnership management, with a proven ability to secure and grow strategic relationships.
- Strong communicator: Excellent at presenting opportunities and managing expectations on both sides of the partnership.
- Creative thinker: You can think outside the box when developing new opportunities for collaboration.
- Results-oriented: You’re driven to meet targets and ensure partnerships deliver value for both sides.
