Partnership Lead

Location: Remote — Panama

Work Arrangement: This is a fully remote (telecommute) position.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Contractor)

Compensation: $3,000 – $4,000 USD/month

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Lead to build and expand a high-impact ecosystem of technology partners, system integrators, and commercial alliances.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating strategic agreements, managing partner relationships, and developing joint go-to-market initiatives that generate measurable business growth. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners while collaborating closely with internal teams to maximize the value of every alliance.

What You'll DoPartnership Strategy

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships that strengthen the company's technology ecosystem.

• Evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.

• Build long-term partnership strategies that create mutual value.

Partner Relationship Management

• Own the complete partner lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiations, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.

• Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and regular business reviews.

Business Development

• Develop joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.

• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to generate new business opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase revenue.

Performance & Collaboration

• Track partnership performance and key success metrics.

• Provide recommendations to improve partner engagement and business results.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic partnerships, channel programs, business development, or alliance management.

• Proven ability to negotiate and build long-term commercial relationships.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify business growth opportunities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.

Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience within the technology or SaaS industry.

• Experience working with system integrators, technology partners, or channel ecosystems.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and partnership management tools.

• Experience supporting international or multi-country partnerships.
