The Professional Services & Training (PS&T) Team accelerates customer adoption and drives customer business objectives. We do this through a portfolio of services, delivered by world class consultants that leverage our leading practices, methodologies and tools. This role would specifically sit within our Operations Team, which supports our PS Delivery and Training functions.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Partner Services Lead to join the PS&T Operations Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a background in professional services with experience in scoping, delivering, and collaborating with Partners. This is a highly influential individual contributor role, with opportunities to be strategic and produce results. 

This position is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

At a high level, this role will be responsible for: 

  • Managing relationships and contracting with our partners

  • Recommending co-delivery models and building co-delivery toolkits and guidelines

  • Coordinating Partner service with PS&T delivery teams 

  • Ensuring that our partners have the necessary support to succeed with Snowflake’s solutions

  • Driving alignment in partner strategy (“PartnerPlus”) with Alliances, Solutions Engineering, and Sales functions

  • Expanding partner engagement to support Snowflake’s scale

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Snowflake Partners alongside Snowflake’s Alliances and Solutions Engineering teams to enhance collaboration and service delivery

  • Deliver and / or oversee enablement of Partners on PS&T capabilities and opportunities to collaborate on Services delivery. Educate the PS&T team on key partner capabilities and co-delivery opportunities. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Partner inquiries, contracting, and support for all things related to Professional Services & Training 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver and expand Snowflake’s Partner strategy 

  • Analyze Partner feedback and performance metrics to recommend improvements in service offerings and Partner engagement strategies

  • Get hands on in building collateral to support strategic Partner conversations as well as tactical details around co-delivery models

  • Manage the Subcontracting and Staff Augmentation expectations and programs between Partners and Snowflake PS&T

  • Lead all elements of brokering contract agreements between Snowflake PS&T and partners including terms, rates, and other financial implications

QUALIFICATIONS: 

On day one, we expect you to have the following: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field, such as Professional Services focused work in Sales, Partner Services or Alliances, etc. 

  • Proven experience in professional services scoping and delivery in conjunction with Partners, operations, and enablement, working with and across a variety of internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities tailored for a variety of stakeholder audiences

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to partner support and contracting.

  • Ability to craft full year plans for partners individually, including capturing/communicating clear metrics and objectives during quarterly business reviews with each selected partner covering the status of individual projects, go-lives, and book of business targets.

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with an ability to plan, organize, negotiate, and establish priorities to achieve results. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and goals.

  • Experience in professional services delivery management / project management and high level understanding of software technical implementation and delivery of custom solutions.

  • Experience in management consulting, or working with data platforms or cloud technologies is a plus
