About the role:
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Partner Operations Manager to join our Strategic Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales enablement, compliance and/or operational strategy, who thrives on solving complex problems with data and has a proven ability to manage and optimize partner relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to enhance partner performance & accountability, resolve disputes, and drive operational excellence.
About the team:
The Vertical Operations team serves as the strategic backbone of Operations, directly aligning operational excellence with business growth. We are accountable for the end-to-end performance of each vertical — defining service standards, setting SLAs, and ensuring partners deliver consistently against customer and business expectations.
Our mandate extends beyond execution — we drive strategic scalability by balancing service quality, partner accountability, and cost efficiency. Through data-driven insights, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration, Vertical Operations ensures every operational process contributes to sustainable growth.
What you’ll be working on:
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial models & strategies to optimize partner relationships, resolve disputes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with broader business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to improve partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution processes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting supplier operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years in operations, strategy, or business development — ideally in travel, fintech, or membership sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Power BI) to drive insights and decisions.
- Strong understanding of partner operations, process design, and dispute resolution to improve performance and accountability.
- Proven ability to develop financial models and strategies that optimize partner performance and manage complex issues.
- Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering and Customer Service to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail, skilled at identifying gaps and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
