About the Role

Join TD SYNNEX as a Partner Operations Manager, where you’ll play a key role in supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management. You’ll provide exceptional customer support for pricing and deal registrations, ensure quality standards for teams, and help connect customers to the right resources for a seamless experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for vendor programs and lifecycle management, supporting internal teams and external partners.

  • Manage complex deal registrations and assist with pricing inquiries.

  • Build expertise in vendor programs, including pricing structures, incentives, and promotions, and share insights with stakeholders.

  • Deliver accurate and timely quotes to sales teams, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and added value.

  • Apply pricing accurately and consistently in line with vendor agreements.

  • Support contract renewals and proactively manage timelines to enhance customer retention.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as a trusted liaison to resolve issues and drive success.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales (preferred)

  • Post-secondary education in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Experience with Cisco (preferred)

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.

  • Proficiency in technology and ability to learn quickly

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure

  • Flexibility to work shifts based on business needs

  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les programmes fournisseurs et la gestion du cycle de vie, en soutenant les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.

  • Gérer des enregistrements de transactions complexes et répondre aux demandes de tarification.

  • Développer une expertise des programmes fournisseurs, y compris les structures de prix, les incitatifs et les promotions, et partager ces connaissances avec les parties prenantes.

  • Fournir des soumissions précises et rapides aux équipes de vente, en assurant la conformité aux directives des fournisseurs.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour identifier des occasions de croissance et de valeur ajoutée.

  • Appliquer la tarification avec précision et constance conformément aux ententes avec les fournisseurs.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en vente TI (atout)

  • Études postsecondaires en administration, TI ou domaine connexe (atout)

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (obligatoire)

  • Expérience avec Cisco (atout)

  • Solides compétences en analyse de données, avec la capacité d’interpréter et d’utiliser les données pour la prise de décision.

  • Maîtrise des technologies et capacité d’apprentissage rapide

  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes

  • Habiletés de communication écrite et verbale efficaces
