About the role:
We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to join our partner team to support our evolving partner ecosystem. You will do this by collaborating with the Blackbaud internal teams to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs to raise awareness and educate our partners about our programs, solutions, services, and initiatives to drive partner success and contribute to overall business growth.
What you'll do:

Responsible for ensuring effective collaboration with our partners by planning, creating, coordinating, monitoring and implementing enablement activities to maximize partner engagement.

Ability to translate partner business outcomes to create and develop learning curriculums and plan partner events

Create content and deliverables that advance key enablement initiatives (training, content/enablement, guidance documents, templates and FAQs)

Develop, manage and execute tactical communications plans and calendars for webinars and events, newsletters, emails, partner town halls, and partner summit

Manage partner logistics and coordination for Blackbaud Go-To-Market initiatives, programs or events (on-site and virtual)

Evangelize programs, solutions and capabilities clearly articulating value proposition while fostering proactive engagement

Evaluate current content and work with stakeholders to update and/or create content for distribution and training, product tours, consumable deliverables.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review enablement and training materials, and proactively identify and work with additional expert resources who can address content gaps

Alignment with Partner Enablement Manager counterpart and Partner Operations

Orchestrate with product management, customer success, and marketing teams to capture mindshare and translate to increased partner influenced revenue

Manage regular cross-functional calls to report on and drive progress on all project deliverables

Manage reporting requirements and KPIs for all programs and provide results on a regular basis

Define, execute, raise awareness, and continually evaluate the placement of all information communicated through identified channels ensuring effectiveness and knowledge transfer.
What you'll bring:

3-5 years Partner Enablement experience (preferably in tech/SaaS)

Experience in a channel sales environment is highly desirable with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models.

Ability to be strategic while executing tactically

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and partner portals

Proven success scoping, designing and implementing strategic enablement initiatives training

Excellent presentations/training facilitation skills and ability to be creative in messaging

Ability to establish and build close working relationships (internally and externally)

Entrepreneurial mind set, self-starter and ability to drive outcomes

Strong collaborator and multi-tasker with personal credibility and influencing skills

Willingness to work in a dynamic environment – willingness to work virtually
